If you're not sure about this, get someone who knows about computers to help you. Choose the settings you want for your graphics in the NVidia program. The whole thing should take about 15 to 20 minutes to complete, and your computer should be working fine again. Choose the custom install, and do a Clean Install.
You should now be able to install the NVidia 314.22 drivers without any problems.
Your system registry should be relatively clean of the old driver now.
Do so, then click on the Fix All Selected Issues button. It will prompt you to make a backup of your registry. When it finishes scanning, click the Fix Selected Issues button. Click on the Scan For Issues button at the bottom of the screen. Open CCleaner again, and click on the Registry button on the left side of the screen. Delete them (including their subdirectories).
Open Windows Explorer (not Internet Explorer), and look for any NVidia directories (there should be one off the C: directory and possibly one in the Program Files and Program Files (圆4) directories). That should get rid of most of the old driver. Click on the Analyze button, then click on the Clean button. Do NOT check the chipset drivers, or your system be become unusable. But even if you disable all components but the graphics driver, you will get some extra services and Telemetry installed on the system. Next, run Driver Sweeper, and check all of the NVidia boxes (EXCEPT ANY WHICH ARE RELATED TO YOUR COMPUTER'S CHIPSET). The Nvidia Graphics Driver installed 3D Vision components, an HD audio driver, PhysX System Software, or GeForce Experience in the past for instance when you did not select custom installation to turn these off. 30.661 (II) NVIDIA(GPU-0): Display (DELL 1704FPT (CRT-0)) does not support NVIDIA 3D 30. 30.638 (II) NVIDIA(GPU-0): Display (SAMSUNG (DFP-1)) does not support NVIDIA 3D Vision 30.638 (II) NVIDIA(GPU-0): stereo. It should uninstall without any problems. Upon doing Inxi -G it showed that all drivers failed to load including the Nvidia 343.22 driver. Go back into the Control Panel, and uninstall any remaining NVidia stuff. When the menu comes up, choose Safe Mode. I used to be a huge fan huge fan of Fedora but now I am running Arch Linux as my Primary OS. Your graphics resolution may look funky at this point.

Also, delete the NVidia temp directory, C:/Nvidia, as there are numerous reports of that causing install failures. When done, reboot the system, and go into Safe Mode (Keep tapping F8 on the keyboard during reboot on most computers). The NVIDIA support team will continue to address critical driver issues for 3D Vision in Release 418 through April, 2020. You will need to reinstall the drivers once again. You may get an error saying that parts of it couldn't be uninstalled. Uninstall as much of the NVidia drivers as possible (all instances of NVidia programs in the Control Panel uninstaller). That will get rid of a lot of garbage on your machine. Run CCleaner (Run Cleaner button on bottom right of screen). Make a Restore Point before doing anything else. Download a copy of CCleaner, Driver Sweeper, and the 314.22 version Nvidia Drivers (Google for them if necessary). You'll need the following to remove all of the corrupted NVidia stuff left on your computer. I don't know your computer knowledge level, so I'll try to make this as simple as possible. But still if somebody have some solutions for this please post them : )

Following the posting of the final driver from Release 418 in April 2019, GeForce Game Ready Drivers will no longer support NVIDIA 3D Vision.
